In the Fractal Universe, everything has an inside and an outside. Jungle Island is my inner world. It is not a mirror image of the outer world, but it follows many of the same contours.

Where the outer world is full of things, the inner world is full of meaning. Those meanings take form in my imagination so that I can interact with them. They become landscapes, structures, animals, and people.

Here I will introduce some of the people who live on my island.

Everyone has an inner world. Each one is unique, shaped by a life unlike any other. You may not find the same people on your island that I find on mine, but some of them may be surprisingly familiar. They are archetypes, and archetypes are patterns woven throughout human culture. Though they wear different faces from one person to the next, they help us navigate many of the same human experiences.
