The Fractal Universe is my attempt at a contemporary philosophy of nature. A fractal is a simple model that grows in complexity through iteration. The simple model here is the Sparksphere. In this framework, everything is a Sparksphere; everything is both Being and Becoming.

Fractal Pathways are entry points for seeing the Fractal Universe in action. The Field Kit for the Fractal Explorer will provide you with the three tools you will need: Sparkfocals for seeing that everything is in motion, The Fractal Anchor for feeling your grounding, and the Fractal Map, which is the Sparksphere itself.

Once you are ready for the journey, there are three different realms to explore: Science, Jungle Island, and The Human Atmosphere.

Science: As a philosophy of nature, the Fractal Universe attempts to ground scientific thought in the Sparksphere in order to connect disciplines and guide the questions we ask.

Jungle Island: Every Sparksphere has an inside and an outside. Jungle Island is a look into my inner world with the hope it will mirror your own in some ways or inspire you to take a look within.

The Human Atmosphere: The world of knowledge, culture, institutions and social interactions is not simply a collection of individuals, it is a fractal emergence, a larger scale that is functionally different. The Fractal Universe explores the importance of scale.

The Journal Portal: Here you will find journal prompts. Many of them are linked directly to posts and are invitations to further thought. This is a place for self exploration.
