1. Notice the rhythm you’re in. 

Are you tired, energized, overwhelmed, hopeful, focused, scattered?

Ask: What inner pattern does this rhythm tend to pull forward?

2. Recall a recent moment of challenge or opportunity. 

Which inner figure stepped forward? A Protector? A Strategist? A Dreamer?

Ask: What was the environment pulling from me?

3. Sense the shape of the archetype that appeared. 

Not its story — its pattern. Its way of responding. Its texture.

Ask: What is the function of this pattern within me?

4. Create inner space and opportunity. 

A breath. A pause. A moment of stillness and reflection.

Ask: Which inner resource is being pulled forward now that I’ve changed the environment?
